I suffered an attack of Unstable Angina on March 18, 1996 at work. I have applied for Charity via Ben Taub Hospital, They said yes but the prices just to see a doctor were way above what we can afford. The army says 100% disabled, even with schizofrenia, PTSD, diabetes, erectile dysfuntion, inability to work, inability to drive, and I can't even remember the rest. I do know that he tested POSITIVE for all the ailments being service connected I suffer chest pains, can barely walk, PTSD, high blood pressure, and warnings from Adult Protective Services that if they should visit and I am not home caring for my husband they will remove to a facility. He specifically stated that he wants to be here with me, but in my condition, in the event of my death I'm not sure he'll know I have passed away.
