Its not the ip when blocking you can block the whole address example: buthead@peckerwoods.com when the address is changed example: peggy@peckerwoods.com it flies right on by your filters Next level of blocking involves the Domain name . @peckerwoods.com ,this move is fine unless they are using a provider like yahoo or Hotmail.com then it blocks all mail from yahoo this is like shooting yourself in the foot . This spam is sent from no reply mail boxes so any hope of contact is zero. I have received more than 500 mails from one jerk off and there appears to be no way to stop it. You can try blocking the ip but that takes some real skills and a bunch of time .My advice is to sign up for nothing with your real email
