    It's pretty simple, ROBERT ONE.  When you live in a place, you have to pay for it.  Wow, what a concept. You'll be expected to do that again at the next place you rent.  Silly, isn't it? 


     

    You have the right of due process in this legal case but you will lose and be put out by law enforcement if you do not pay without a doubt whatsoever without fail within a short time. which would vary depending on the place that you live.

    Your right is to get out.  Thats about it.   Or the police will pay you a visit.
