I have several different gmail accounts, each for a separate business that I have. My email addresses reflect the type of business that it is. This is what I want recipients of my emails to see in their "From" column, but instead, they all show my personal name. How can I change this?

Changing your username
You can change the name that's linked to your email address, but not the address itself.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of your Gmail and select Mail settings.
Click the Accounts and Import tab.
In the “Send mail as:” section, locate the email address you'd like to edit.
Click edit info next to the address.
In the “Name:” section, specify what you’d like your name to be and click Save changes.
