Holiday Baking? Favorite Holiday Food?

Years ago, baking cookies for Christmas was a marathon I completely enjoyed. Candy was fun to make, too. The kids helped and we decorated the cutout sugar cookies with sprinkles and frosting. New recipes for stuffing, desserts, and so on. A family friend would make the world's best fudge ONLY at Christmas.
Do you have any traditional holiday baking or a favorite holiday food that you don't get the rest of the year?

I love baking... can't eat any of it but everyone has their favorites and that fuels me... Lemon snowballs are #1 on the list. Pecan frosted cookies, New York Cheesecake, Raspberry Brownies, Mincemeat Tarts, Lemon Tarts, Lemon Loaf, Strawberry Cake, Apple Cake... there are more... I need to get my recipe box out... It's time!

My sis had her Cooky Cookbook out this evening. My mom is coming over tomorrow while my son helps sis with party prep. Mom doesn't know it, but she's gonna help me decorate. It's TIME! Now I want to bake, too. Thanks again!
