    no. no warning nor any bills or phone calls.

    Well, if you don't pay your bill, what do you expect? Usually companies give warnings, maybe some don't.

    Well, in Australia, we know who the supplier is when we buy the house. Works well.

    Get another supplier.

    In the UK a written warning & valid reason must be given.
