    does a real estate broker  in NY state (Rockland County) have to disclose flood zone info in listing if property is A2 flood zone

    Since you know about it, you should disclose it! Has nothing to do whether you should or not, isn;t your client or the buyers client worthy of knowing what you know? Take the high road and disclose.

    Vinnie V I wish that RE brokers around here would take the high road. The problem is they need to make a sale so they can get thier commission so they disclose nothing about flood zones. Then the buyer finds out after getting into a contract that they need to get very expensive flood insurance
