My daughter was kicked out of Junior High. They told us to either move to another school district, keep her out of school, or enroll her in an alternative school, which is what we did. This put her in a school that was populated with kids one step away from jail. She was not a happy teen, believe me. But now she's a social worker with a master's degree and earning 80k a year. You can overcome this, you know. it is NOT the end of the world.

djkid. Are you anticipating being kicked out? Your other questions don't really reflect you having a hard time. I think the shame would lie in what you did to get kicked out of school. Are you being bullied or something like that?

Getting into trouble all the time and trying to get kicked out of school is NOT the answer. The reputation you make follows and precedes you wherever you go. You have got to try to do good for yourself and do the best you can so that you can have a decent life and a good education. Wise up kid causing trouble just to get attention is not the thing to do and yes it is attention but the wrong kind of attention and it gets you nowhere.

Do not feel ashamed - many very rich and famous were kicked out of school (YES we know this is not the answer but it happens - that is people get kicked out of school) and have done well since. You do the same - smarten up and make amends - you can do it. This is not a big deal and if it feels so think positively only you know how it feels - did you like it there anyway?

You are 24 years old. Your dad won't let you go to another school. There is something inherently wrong with this picture. Is he in control of the finances? Is there something in your culture that requires you to acquiesce to your father's wishes?
You said in another question that your dad is ruining your life. I'm worried more about the rest of your life than whether or not you get kicked out of school.
