            Yes but only if the person needing motivating heeds the advice of the one motivating otherwise it falls on deaf ears.

              It is possible to motivate someone, if they are extrinsically motivated, however it is difficult because you have to identify what motivates them (money, prestige, status, power, etc.)

                    If their lazy your talking to the wall. There has to be a certain amount of cannon fodder in a war as well.
