not true. Because if someone with aids sneezes water droplets, and you have an open wound on your hand or lip something, it could get in there.

BTW, it only has 30 seconds to 1 minute to fly through the air, land perfectly on the cut and get into the blood stream. Possible? Yes. Odds of it happening, pretty high I think. Air will kill the virus, that is the answer to the question as asked.
