    The AIDS virus dies rather quickly when exposed to the air. This fragile virus lives from 30 seconds to one minute after air exposure, according to the Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health

    not true. Because if someone with aids sneezes water droplets, and  you have an open wound on your hand or lip  something, it could get in there.

    Why would I suspend you for this? Don't be ridiculous.
    BTW, it only has 30 seconds to 1 minute to fly through the air, land perfectly on the cut and get into the blood stream. Possible? Yes. Odds of it happening, pretty high I think. Air will kill the virus, that is the answer to the question as asked.
