Hello Colleen...I use AOL and in the past, on my tool bar line was a 'camera', by clicking same I could add a picture from my files to my outgoing Email. Note: NOT as an attachment....I would put the cursor where I wanted the picture, hit the camera icon and my picture files would come up..so I would highlight the one I wanted, hit the open button and the picture would appear on my outgoing email in the area of the email where I had placed the cursor. Due to a ton of trouble with my system, I had to renew my AOL Email system, however, although there are many items on the tool bar line, there is no 'camera'icon - thus I am not able to copy or transfer a picture from my files to my outgoing Email. I found this about the icon on the toolbar. It looks like you should be looking for a "write" icon first and then the camera.
