Yes the Aston Martin is one of my favorites too - the Vantage & the DB9. The "DB" stands for David Brown the same person believe it or not as the old David Brown tractors!
Maz didnt know that what the DB stood for all I know is that the name on the engine they put the guys name on it who built it cool thing a The vantage is cool but I like the DB9 is fab oxoxoxox

Yes indeed those cars were fast, I used to race mine. I bet your hubby wished he had kept his also, worth a LOT of money now.
The same as I have now, the Ford Bronco. Love them. This is the one I have now. I would buy up as many as I could and restore them since Ford stopped making them in 1999.

No, the Bronco only has an issue with rot to the wheel wells and tail gate due to flaws in the design and yes, that is my driveway.

Maz a friend had a Rolls once and some in the westend (london) had scratched f... of you pig.. on the side of the Rolls..so he rang Rolls Royce and said that he had got scratches on it and they said well we are pretty booked up at the moment can you bring it in about 4 weeks then he told them what what was written on the side they came down with in a hour and towed the car back the there place and gave them another Rolls until his was fixed.... I call that caring! oxoxoxox
Yes RR are an excellent company & do look after their customers well. You can, as you may know, have your Rolls custom built & even visit the factory to oversee it's production.
The 1965 John Lennon Phantom V "flower pattern" was painted by a firm (not RR) around 2 years after it left RR. The above car was actioned by Sotherbys in the late 1980s & fetched around $290,000!
For interest RR are expanding thier Goodwood factory in 2012 as worldwide demand is increasing. The RR Ghost & Phantom are big sellers is the USA. Sorry to go on Mel ... i'm a true petrolhead lol.
