    I have a trailer that is 6 foot wide x 16 foot long x 4 foot tall. looking for the cubic foot total for this trailer

    I strongly suggest you consider the weight rating of the trailer into all your calculations! Just because you can squeeze that much dirt into something, it doesn't necesarily mean the axles, springs, or frame will support it. That's not even mentioning the ability to stop it should the need arise! Depending on what you are hauling, that could easily exceed 20-25 tons if it was filled to the max! That's about the equivalent of a moderately loaded Tri-axle dump truck!!!

    Sorry, i said i need to find out the cubic feet, but i really need to know the cubic yards

    384 cu/ft.

    384 cubic feet

    I believe it is 14.2 cubic yards.
