Save your money on all this mechanical garbage, have more sex, it keeps your mind happy while firming up muscles you never knew you had. Strive for that 5% body fat. Your mate will also thank you for your contribution to their good health.

Get a good-sized log, put it over your shoulders perhaps a towel or two for padding, and climb up and down a hill or slope. Repeat as when needed. Its cheep and when you’re done with it forever just chop it up for firewood.
