I made a new years resolution years ago to never make another new years resolution so far thats the only one i ever kept..

I don't tend to make resolutions anymore. It's not worth the disappointment when life happens while you make plans. I prefer to set a theme for the year. This year was one for travel and it worked out very well. We travelled to Peru and once we got home we spent another week on a float home up island. Now to peak this off we are going for a week all inclusive to Manzanillo. I am now planning on a year of saving for 2012 for my future purchase of a home. These are very broad themes so no heavy pressure is put on myself.
