I was blessed with DD's but over the past 5 years they have gone south. If I had the means, I would have a breast lift.

country bumpk you are lucky you have been going thur life with DD's. That's true beauty for woman, even tho many don't appreciate what they have, from what i have heard some say about large boobs.
    Shootah

You'd be surprised, but there's guys out there that would still appreciate the beauty of them. There really is!

gravity catches up with all of us

I'm told I don't look my age. Don't need the work.

    hahahahaha

Im with flip on this one.If i was disfigured through an accident or illness then yes.But other than that, take me or leave me for what i am not for what i look like.Im perfectly happy in my own skin

No one goes into Plastic Surgery thing they wll come out looking worse then they do, but things can go wrong. I don't think I would ever unless I had some accident that made me a enough of a monster that whatever happened would be an improvement.

Can't touch perfection.... i wish,!!  maybe if i had money to burn i would until then, no.

    confidence is a beautiful thing!
    daren1

Self confidence is not true confidence..

I looked into some procedures recently. Don't have $9000+ and 6 weeks to lay on my butt and recuperate.  I would probably go ahead with the surgery, so long as the risks were minimal. Instead of the $9000, I have spent around $90 to get highly recommended  products and been using them faithfully

Bob/PKB i know what you mean. i personally agree with most everybody on this site. Also, I do have an appreciation for beautifying surgery. If i would have been a doctor cosmetic surgery would have been my choice. I love to see people look pretty and love their looks. that goes for men and women. i have never had any so far. but i love it.
    Bob/PKB

tabber, wouldn't that have been a wonderful career.....giving people a happy smile when they look into the mirror. For myself, when I feel like I look good, I feel better in general!
    Happy Thanksgiving, tabber.

Been there and done it, twice in fact.February this year had a neck lift and May this year had upper and lower eye surgery, nothing drastic was done, just some tightening.

    Bob/PKB

Good for her clu. I bet she feels better.

    She does!

Wow, I'm surprised.  Are you Tabber?  I thought more would say yes.  I  would like to have a little touch up around my lips and I have a small crease between my eyes.  Maybe a bit of collagen to touch up a bit.  Why not?  I am still attractive and don't look my age but there's always some room for improvement.  Especially coming up on good old 54 the 25th of November.  As far as being lucky to have DD's.  I say NOT, I have friends that get headaches.  Huge marks on their shoulders from the weight of a brassiere.  Back aches.  Breathing and sleeping problems.  Yeah, that sounds like a blast.  regards/yvonne57

Yvonne57 I thought more people would like some form of plastic surgery. I love it. I've never had it, but I would get it if I felt I would look more beautiful. I love beauty, on everybody, men and women. I like that song, "You're so vain." I like what Cher said, "It's all just superficial fun".

Do you want to con everybody?

    Bob/PKB

Well, no; I just would like to feel better about how I look; but on the other hand, I'd like to feel that I look good as I am now. I feel OK about that, considering. The fact that I could look better than I do is what intrigues me about cosmetic surgery.
The bottom line is that I would still be me inside, no matter the outside.
The curtains all looked the same on "Let's Make A Deal"; some were great inside; some were a bust....just like people.
I'll try to age gracefully and be a wise choice for whoever looks within!

I fear I would need more than a plastic surgeon to make me look good.LOL.

They say the best way to lose 10 pounds of ugly useless fat is to get your head cut off.

Noooh,  just be who you are.

I don't think I'd do it. It's too risky and I'm pretty good. My figure's great all over. My mum looked good until she was 83. Then she lost a  lot of weight because she developed a heart problem. She was already slim. Our whole family is slim.

I’m lucky, I inherited most of what I've got from my mother, thank  you God. BUT, where gravity has taken over, I’d like some help……..

Sure . I want it . I already went to one plastic surgeon to have the sagging skin that's hanging half over my eyes pulled up. He put me thru the whole exam......even had another man with him, who he didn't introduce. Then, he told me he doesn't accept my insurance. All the other doctors accept it.  Insurance will pay for me to get the skin pulled up that's sagging over my eyes.  It's not an eyelid lift, b/c my eyelids are fine. It's just that loose skin that relaxed and let gravity take it down a notch. So, I'm stuck for now with not having a full range of vision. And it is aggravating. And it doesn't look good. I would also like to have the sag under my chin pulled up, b/c i  used to have a nice, clean , jaw line  As for my skin itself, everybody says my facial skin is very smooth and that I don't look my age. I'm close to 63.  My mother's facial skin had no wrinkles even when she died at 91 and 1/2

Check out "Life time Lift" and see if that might fit your budget and what you would like to do.

mycatsmom any update on this story?
    mycatsmom

as of 12-21-16, I'll check out " Life time Lift " and see if there's any franchise near me. And I still want to find a Dr.who will lift the skin up over my eyes. I heard of you go to an ophthalmologist, he'll recommend one. So, I'll do that.
    Bob/PKB

Thanks, MCM. That's good to know!

She thought so: Jackie Stallone, Sylvester's mother.

I guess i'm doing something wrong..

nope.sometimes you just gotta be happy with the cards you are dealt..unless it is for medical reasons..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<..

Absolutely, if I could afford it, and why not if it makes you feel better, Ive had a few Botox treatments but could do without a wrinkly neck, Ive never had a weight problem but really do notice that the person looking back at me in the mirror is looking old and tired, yes Id love a facelift

    ....no.
