It only takes a few things or times to tell me about you. YOU might have done so much good it only takes a few to prove it was you. once you had you plan in order you could always say

          Tue    As i told you earlier,you are telling the wrong people your personal business.What you have typed here is what you should be telling Mary,i know it is good to off load your anger and frustration,but this is not the place to do so.Write it all out and send it to Mary.
