    You need a recipe. I could not find one on the internet. I did find this however:


    "Another reason not to use celery juice as a curing agent is the level of nitrates in celery juice is not consistent. That inconsistency can cause greater problems (including botulism poisoning) with obtaining a proper cure than the minuscule chance that you will get cancer."
