Best at what, keeping time is not the problem anymore, time is everywhere. Cheap watches seem to keep good time, I have a ACQUA Indiglo that has keep time for a dozen years and I believe I got it at an auction for $2.

I'm sure I have but can't even remember the last time I replaced the battery.

I have a Gucci, Swiss Army and a Roots.  They all work but I don't wear them.  I have had the Gucci for 24 years.

timex. takes a lickin` keeps on tickin`  time is time. no matter how you slice it. i like waterproof since it seems im always washing something!

Seiko or Pulsar .Both nice watchmakers though at the back of my mind ithink seiko might actually make pulsar ,but dont quote me.

I have 2 Rotary. 1 Citizen ,1 Timex , 1 Accurist , 1 goes when it feels like Rolex I love the damn things wish I could afford a good one maybe 1 day .All the battery Quartz ones are spot on and all are Japanease workings even though they pretend to be Swiss , English and American . I think Quarts vibrates around 33000 times a second don't qoute me

Cartier worn one for years My Dad bought it for me would never part with it its been brilliant

My favorite watch is my present Cartier Panther which I have worn since 1985. What appeals to me most is its slimness and absolute reliability and of course its superb looks. If ever I need another watch I will check out a radio controlled one, its accuracy is guaranteed.

Timex for inexpensive watches.  They have great quality and never let you down. Plus there are a lot of nice styles.

I have Tissot, Seiko and a few more BUT the $5 ones keep better time than big name brands, not to say they are unreliable but $ for$ the cheap ones are a great value.
