Change your email address. I have a sweep function on Linux that blocks both the address and domain. Down side is if you block yahoo domain just to get rid of them then all yahoo mail is gone ,not the best idea . Cyber war is what you are the victim of  learn to fight . Most people dont have the stomach for these games and I am not going to post a boat load of revenge ideas here . There are laws about cyber stalking and you may have recourse  there . Two choices :Surrender and take it ,hope they tire of you or get in trouble elsewhere and are incarcerated. Second Learn to fight and turn the games back on them ,that's all I have  on this matter. Every thing on the net leaves a trail so you have that going for you if you need to prove stalking to law enforcement .
