what you mean your trying to" get away with " protecting your son. you protect him no matter what. is he giving your five year old drugs? who are you testing? him or the baby? you should perhaps have a long talk with his parents and if that dont help, may be he should be removed from your home for the best interest of your baby.

Why did you have to get your 5 year old drug tested ?Your stepson must refrain his drug use whilst living under the same roof as your 5 yr old,you can't possibly allow this to take place in your home.Why should your little boy be subjected to this behaviour,tell your stepson to go and get rehabilitated,or take his drug use elsewhere.Your 5 yr old comes first and foremost and needs protecting.

I would remove the stepson from your house. Send him to live with his parent.
