I'm a vegetarian for three years. I do not eat meat and fish, also do not wear fur and leather, although I'm living in a very cold climate.
I had no difficulty in rejecting of the meat. And now I want to give up eggs and milk as well. But the problem is that most products of my diet contain eggs, and sometimes milk. If I refuse them, I would be hard to replace something. I tried to replace eggs in baking with bananas, the taste is awful. Also our markets are not rich in exotic foods, and vegetables / fruits of dubious quality, especially in winter. What should I do?

I live without eggs and milk. You have to change your way of thinking about food. You thought you would like a piece of cake????? Go for the coconut milk based icecream-ish desert instead. It's not a big deal once you come to terms. It's an adventure.
