None of them here in Australia.Pizza Hut used to be good but it's crap now.

The small boutique pizzerias are the best.

Little Ceasars. That was started right here in Michigan.......so was Dominoes

Pizza Hut but only their "thin and crispy".

Eagle Boys, they make great pizza's without costing the earth.

Little Ceasars. That's what the schools around here have delivered for pizza day. The same guy that owns Little Ceasars also owns the Detroit Red Wings.

I'm glad you localized this question to 'chains'.. i don't think any of them are any good personally, they are corporate money making machines, they talk quality but their goal is strictly profits, to get these profits they can't use the best ingredients and they understand the miracle of marketing a bucket of cow-dung and convincing the consumer that it is a flower. 

IMO-  the best is always the mom n pop places where quality is a matter of pride rather than profits.. They will always strive to make their product (pizza) the best!  We have one (unknown except for our neighborhood) This place is tiny, they are always busy, they never succeed in getting your pizza out in the time they promised, They will even tell you that if you want fast, go to Pizza hut down the street.  I have never picked up a pizza there that was bad, they uses 'real' pepperoni, not the processed Hormel that most use and they also use provolone instead of mozzarella which is more flavorful but cost more..  They make their own sauce, it doesn't come to them in a can and roll their own shells by hand, no showboating though, owner says the don't have time to flip and twirl shells for publicity, they are in the pizza business, not the  juggling business.. LOL--  And also, almost everytime I go there, there is an argument going on behind the counter..  Now that's Italian!!  LOL  

Pizza Hut.....At the moment they have a good deal going 3 Pizzas for $13.00.

IF it werent so expencive or if they delivered out in the sticks I wouls choose Pizza hut every time... But Little ceasers is to cheap to pass up even if I do have to pick it up myself.. and the pizza is pretty good.

PAPA MURPHY 'S makes a wonderful pizza, which you bake at home.  I have never been disappointed or had to wait for 20 minutes at a restaurant. While it bakes at home, I can set the table and make a salad to go with), and the pizzas are always delicious.   They are very reasonably priced.
