Just mark what is best at that time.  That's all we can do in this world.  Something else might come up better later, but a mean ufo might come before the next best answer.

In the beginning I gave a thumb up just because someone was here. It was a small group.

Now there are lots of people here and most of them are so smart. Really!  I just punch that slow thumb about four times and finally it credits people. I only gave a thumb down once.

I understand but there is something though beside the question I have noticed with a tick and it says best answer - I do not understand this or how to do it.

And do remember that a "best" answer is subjective at times; what you are giving the TU to is the answer that best suits your needs at the time. Remember the axiom: An imperfect plan at once is better than a perfect plan too late.
