Tschüß, bis später.
(pronounce: tshooss, bis shpater... or something like it. There is no equivalent sound for the "ü" in English, and for the "ä" not really, either.)

It should be noted that Tschüß is southern-Germanic (Bavarian if the memory of my time in Germany serves me right) and a more formal northern German might find it a bit "rube-ish" ... as in American English colloquialism, "See ya'll later, alligator." probably wouldn't go over well at some posh northeastern country club. In a more socially-upscale (or northern Germany) setting, Auf wiedersehen might be a better choice, or more fully (adding the "see you later" part): Auf wiedersehen, bis später. But thanks, Papitou, it's been years since I've seen/heard the word Tschüß. :) And even after 30 years I still remember Noch ein bier, bitte. You just don't forget the important things. :)
