Marry them. But only if he understands that once married, he is expected to enjoin in physical relations. Otherwise, he is not commting to you or giving of himself.
If you are already married, seek help. In that case he is either gay, is not suppose to be married (with deep emotional issues regarding his previous vow and commitment ot GOD) or is infected.

Well if you can accept the fact that he is a certain way. There you go. If you cannot accept it, you should go. I would not try to pressure him to change. Love and relationships come in many packages, but the two involved should agree about the package. Who knows something might motivate him to want to change. Accept him. Accept yourself. Be open. You never know. And if it does not work out, how many fish are in the sea.
