I already have the new part, and I won't be doing this myself but I'm looking to get the best deal seeing that I'm pretty broke right now.The person that tells me the dash does have to come out gave me a price of 350 dollars and another person told me that the dash may not have to come out but he has to see it 1st and he only wants 200 dollars, but I think hes thinking of the newer auto's.I think it does have to come out on this old of a car(van).Any of you auto buff's have a clue. And one other thing I've already put enough stop leak in it too choke a horse so thats out, like I said I already have the new heater core I'am just seeing if anyone knows if the dash has to come out on a 92?

I'd hunt around some of the automobile repair sites and see what you can find out. With any vehicle I buy, I usually shortly afterwards buy a Haines repair manual containing that year and model. One repair covers the cost of the book, and it also has some good trouble shooting suggestions.
