    my blood pressure is 250over110 dont smoke or drink not overweight why?

    Apparently you are predisposed to high blood pressure....Go to your doctor and get on medication NOW.

    I hope by this time you have been to the emergency room . This is an emergency! I also understand that many people have no insurance in this country and are afraid to get help.They have to treat you , even if you dont have insurance. They treat illegal aliens for free and you as an American have the same rights.

    STRESS  and expect a strok or heart attack at any time...go very quickly and get proffessional help!!!

    That 110 is way high. They say that if the bottom number is over 90, you should see the doctor.


    I just can't say how important this is. 

    IF YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE IS WHAT YOU SAY IT IS RIGHT NOW, YOU SHOULD BE IN AN EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE HOSPITAL. DO IT NOW. PLEASE GO RIGHT NOW.

    You should go to your doctor for this advice, we are not doctors here (unless one member would like to come forward) even then, I would not totally trust info here when it comes to your health such as blood pressure. It could be many things..

    I have blood pressure issues as well. They call it hypertension. This is a condition that runs in the family so life style has not much effect on it. Take the pills and cut out the salt, exercise and love yourself. Your heart keeps you going, respect and love that.

    Way way way too high.  Get to a doctor ASAP.

    My Doctor a skinny fit man who works out regularly has high blood pressure as do I . He says body type does  not exclude you from high blood pressure. (being skinny) Its a combination of things with diet being at the head of the line. Salt is a big factor. I wish to scare the pants off you now : Tomato soup from the health food store in the square box with healthy living all over it has 820mgs of salt . That's a lot !!! Pork and beans in a can 720mgs  Canned corn 420mgs . Point is they hide the salt in many things and that is now a risk factor for you and me! Start reading the labels and remove from your diet the things that are harming you. Then find some things that help and make a trade for healthy stuff. The only down side so far for me is no grapefruit juice with the blood pressure meds .  Big deal !!! better than a stroke and that don't get fixed easy . This is serious and requires your attention. You can choose to ignore it ,many do .But after the stroke when you can no longer wipe yourself and you sit there full of anger and regret,rember I told you something could be done. Ifs and buts would have, could have,should have  will be of no use then . In the mean time start with low dose baby aspirin 81mg 1 a day . This will thin your blood and make its trip through the vessels easier and will do no harm . Now make the appointment and get started with your home work on this subject.
