      I'm talking to my friend in the UK right now and she says they are a TV show, not a book publishing company. They pick already published books and review them and if they like them they put them on their recommended reading list. At which point the publisher can add their logo to the jacket of the book saying they chose this book for their book club. They do not publish and they do not recommend manuscripts  to publishers. Forget Richard & Judy Books. They can not help you. They are a book club only.  I told you this same thing 4 hours ago and I know you saw it because you commented to it.
