Yes... It was a way to play when I was supposed to be working.... that and snow forts in snow banks, when I was supposed to be shoveling.

Good fun , can be dangeruos though, i remember kicking a sand castle, the only problem was it was sand around a large rock.

really loved to do this in my childhood, but now I wouldn't do it :)

It would have to be really really really really really big pile of leaves before you'd find me jumping into it.

My grandmother had loads of trees in her yard and whenever we (the Hargrove kids) and the cousins (the Scotts) got together, we'd all rake and rake and rake and then climb into the trees and jump into the piles. I don't remember ever bagging the leaves for the woman though.....
