      I imagine it depends on how you characterize wealth.  I don't have loads of money but I am very rich.

            The world's richest person isn't just one person.   It is anyone who is happy with what he has and who he is. 
            I have a little tile that stands on a frame and reminds me, "Happiness is wanting what you have."    The happy person is also the rich person.
