If you're looking for the organic/natural route, garlic, garlic, garlic. Raw garlic and lots of it. Cut out salt. Exercise, weight loss and less stress in your life. 

My doctor put me on Blood Pressure tablets, because I had a Brain Heamorage ( not sure about the Spelling) 10 years ago. My blood pressure wasn't that high normally but it went up suddenly and may have caused a Heamorage. He reckons that a good pressure is about 130/75

I am wondering are you asking what the lowest number is for high blood pressure is maybe.
