Phone a few dealerships in your area or walk right in. At the very least the girl behind the counter can point you in the right direction and honestly, there is always a sales person who wants to lend a hand.

I believe what Benthere has said but I have found two Ford dealerships in my area that have honest employees and don't give you the stick up the (you know...the 'what's it's'). I have two Ford vehicles. Go and see if your neighbour is an honest person. It's worth a try.

I tried that but it didn't give me the trade-in value no matter how many times I entered the info. Is there anyone else that can answer my question - What would be the trade-in value for my mom's 2000 Ford Windstar SEL.

It's the best I can offer. We are just volunteers answering questions to the best of our abilities. There's no way we can know a vehicle's trade in value without seeing it in person and then we would have to be familiar with auto pricing. Try a dealer is the only other thing I can suggest.
