    Once a week, I pour half a cup of bleach down it, and leave it for ten minutes. I do the same with every sink. You can also put a tablespoon of bicarb. and half a cup of white vinegar down it too. Or you can put down a tablespoon of cooking salt and boiling water and leave it.

    If you have a disposal, run a lemon thru it. If its just the sink that smells, use vinegar to flush it out....

    Seems like everyone thought you said, "drain." You deodorize a sink by filling it with water and adding a bit of bleach - only a tablespoon per 5 gallons is needed.
