    why did the tribes have to make the trip without a destination in mind?

    North American Indians migrated but the certainly had a destination in mind.


    Australian aboriginees go on "Walkabout with no destination in mind but they usually come back to the place they started.


    The Mongol tribes also move around a bit but I think they did it for the same reason the Indians did.They follow the milder weather.


    African tribes tend to stay put.It's a territorial thing I think.


    I don't suppose this helps you with your homework much.I guess you will just have to hit the books.It's in there somewhere.
