I think you would have to start at the local library and go through news papers for that day . then get a copy of that .Might cost a tiny bit for the copy . You could also check with the news paper for a copy . Once you have the day it ran ,you could put a add in the paper : Saying I wish to purchase News paper from and the date . Some people just stack up the papers for some reason and would be glad to part with one . for you. Might even be available on line ,draw back here is you may have to subscribe to the news paper.
