        On the right hand side of a question or answer are the words "report abuse".  Click on that and it will forward the offensive question/answer to the email of admin.  They will take the appropriate action and let you know via e-mail the outcome of your problem.  Admin will be the only one that sees it.

          Where are you playing the game? Which site? You need to contact the owners of the site. They will probably just tell you to block the player so you can't see what he says.
