If the bride took the grooms last name, the it would be Mr and Mrs (grooms first name and last name)  Mr. and Mrs. John Smith

If the bride kept her last name then it would be Mr (groom's first and last name) and Ms. (Bride's first and last name)  Mr. John Smith and Ms. Alice Jones.

If the bride kept her last name and hyphenated her husbands last name to her own then it would be Mr (grooms first and last name) and Mrs. (brides first name and maiden name - groom's last name.)  Mr. John Smith and Mrs. Alice Jones-Smith

example:Mr. and Mrs. Snoop Dogg it would be the grooms name not bride i recently did some for my grandma's 50th wedding anniversery party for june

To address the Bride & Groom firstly address them both by thier Christain (first) names and then as Mr. & Mrs.( the Grooms last name) .
