      I can't believe it did not come with those instructions. Try Apple and see if they have manuals on line. Did your ipod come with a disc that you should put in your computer? The instructions might be on that.

        Nope. All I received was the Nano, earplugs, and cord for charging. Maybe the problem was purchasing at Walmart. Used an assistant and she thought the box contained the instructions...yuck!

        I'd go back to Walmart. Maybe someone took the instructions out? Call apple and see if there's suppose to be instructions. 1-800-MY-APPLE
