      You need to phone their parents and explain....they will come home or if you can't get a hold of the phone your parents for help.

        Are you the parent asking this ?You can't really blame the 13 year olds for this happening unless they caused it.13 is to young to baby sit all them kids.They were all probably having the time of thier lives running amok.God knows what went on.As the saying goes.....While the cats away,the mice will play.
