Arielle 123 is right on. My family has this problem and I have had bouts with it too. Eating a high protein, medium fat, low carbohydrate diet has been great for weight control and insulin control. The pancreas (a large gland behind the stomach that secretes digestive enzymes into the duodenum. Embedded in the pancreas are the islets of Langerhans, which secrete into the blood the hormones insulin and glucagon) does not work well if your body is fat, so loose weight or you’ll be on insulin and blood tests every day. Drink distilled water…I drink distilled water every day and have no kidney problems.
