    Using the point slope formula, we have


    i.e. y - y1 = m ( x - x1) [ Hint: You can take any point given in the problem]


    i.e. y - 2 = 3/2 [x - (-1)]


    i.e. y - 2 = 3/2 ( x +1 )


    i.e. 2y - 4 = 3x +3


    i.e. 3x -2y + 7 = 0 is the required equation of the line.
