HOW DOSE ONE PROVE THAT THEY DID NOT DO SOME THING , IF THEY REALY DID NOT ?
I MOVED TO A NEW COUNTY TO GET AWAY FROM THE STREET LIFE AND MOVER INTO A DUPLEX APT. AND THE TENIT OVER ME ACUSED ME OF STEALING FROM . I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS PERSON BEFORE MOVEING INTO THIS DUPLEX . I FIND MYSELF HAVEING TO PAY $800.00 FOR SOMETHING I HAD NOT DUNE . THE POLICE CANT HELP AND THERE IS FAR TO MANY FOR ME TO JUST STAND AND FIGHT . BUT ALSO IF YOU DID NOT DO ANY THING YOU SHOULD NOT HVE TO STAND AND FIGHT .

Innocence is harder to prove than guilt.
Move, but while you are arranging it, ask yourself WHY people accuse of wrongdoing.
Sometimes appearance gives the wrong impression... too scruffy... too smart... too casual... Look round before you move in and try to fit in... You don't have to dress differently forever. Why should you? it might help you to become accepted and make friends.
Anxiety can attract bullies... and you have good reason to be anxious. Think about your body-language, Square you shoulders, keep your chin up, but don't stare at people.
Paying a blackmailer for "protection" brings them back for more...
SOMETHING about you gives people the wrong idea... and only you can guess what that might be.
Take care... but, come to think of it, not too much. Try BOLD.

Looking more carefully at the comments I see this is one gang. I still think by advice holds good for the future but you need to move out of town. Start applying for jobs. Does it matter if they are less well=paid if life is worth living?

It takes proof to convict, here in the USA. Where are you? If you paid just to keep the peace then it might happen again. Move out of the environment your in.

I TRYED THAT BUT THESE PEOPLE HAVE INCREASED IN HELP I CANT EVEN GO TO AN APPOINTMENT OR WORK WITH OUT SEEING THEM AND MOST OF THEM WILL MAKE THERE SELF KNOWN . WHEN I AM HOME , ICANT GO THERE EVERY ONE I TALK TO THINK I AM CRAZY WHEN TELLING WHAT IS GOING ION . BUT YOU ARE RIGHT IT REALY MAY NOT MAKE A DIFERENTS . THINK YOU , YOUR FRIEND
