    The same as Ed says but your physician should tell you.For the heart - do not smoke, watch the blood pressure, cholesterol, take as much physical exercise as you can the best being walking, watch the weight and what cannot be avoided is your family of heart disease your age and even your job.


    .Also different ethic groups have a different level of risk There are some risk factors you can do nothing about but the above should help.


    The liver can be affected by certain medications and alcohol. The liver can in fact repair itself if things have not gone too far.The liver is an extremely important organ and performs so very many functions.
