You are another one who does not know there rights. Never thought I would be on the landlords side . They can ask for anything they want ,then there is the law . Here where I live in this case  a judgment would be issued for the six months rent . they would be locked out and you would sell the stuff to get your money. Next if a moving extension is granted then they have 7 or 14 days to get out ,no more no less. The judge here is an idiot !!!!!!!!!! File a complaint against him or her with the judicial standards board . Call it judicial misconduct. No one can walk on 6 months rent without a judgment against them . What the hell is wrong with this country that no one knows how to fight anymore . Fair ???????? LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are to funny !!!!!!!!! The law has nothing to do with fair !!!!! Not even right or wrong !!!!!!!  Only whats legal !!!! Nothing more !!!! You were kind to someone and should not be punished for that  so learn your rights . Sad thing here is the people who took your generosity will walk away and the next tenants will suffer for the deeds of others. Life really sucks sometimes and thats not FAIR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ones who did nothing are punished for the deeds of others ,how is that fair . 

It's not fair. You should have evicted them sooner, like after the first month or two....

The problem is bleeding heart liberal laws. I texas if there is a baby you cant kick them out. landowner has to keep utilities on an pay them.
