        I'm 6'-1", I feel comfortable at 200 LBS. I'm about 25 LBS overweight and trying to get rid of my winter fat. Beer is not helping.

          Once again you must consider the animals.. a 6'-1" elephant weighs approx 5 tons.  A Silverback perhaps 2K lbs.  It depends on the body build of all..mammals to answer this correctly/ and age.  Don't mind me Bobby but as "The Doo" I must refer to animals!

            The ideal height for a 6.1 feet man is 151 - 189 pounds (68.5 – 86 Kg).
