i recieved one of these letters also and i think these people should be made to pay of their promises to people that believe they are telling the truth about winning all this money. it hurts and dissapoints a lot of older people that cant afford to send them 20.00 and they believe they missed out on a fortune because they are broke and really they are about to be ripped off.
please , is there such a place and why do they get away with this if they are illigal
