If you’re being charged for an item you didn’t order you will need to contact customer service. Since you tried to order the item but customer service said that the payment didn’t go through but the bank said it did you will need to contact customer service again and ask to get your money back or to get the item if you still want it. If they refuse contact your credit card company or bank so they will contact the company who sold you the item and hopefully clear the misunderstanding. If they will not be able to do so they might cancel the payment.
