IF YOUR KIDS KNOW THE DIFFERACE IN MOVES AND REAL LIFE THEN THEY WILL BE FINE . IF NOT YOU NEED TO SPEND TIME WITH THEM TO TELL AND TO SHOW THEM WHAT IS REAL AND WHAT IS NOT REAL .

Millions of children around the world have either read all the Harry Potter books or seen the films. I've not heard of one instance where a child has been mental scarred from the stories or committed a crime because of the stories. (I did not watch the video you posted the link to). I do know that some stuffy churches got worried because there's magic involved in the tales, so? I see nothing wrong with the stories as long as you left your children know, nothing about the stories is real. If my children were still little, I'd let them read the books. This of course is just my opinion.
I haven't seen the video... though I did see the fake snow where they tried to shoot a scene on a windy day :-)

J K Rowling has got children READING BOOKS, well-written books. Cutiepie is right. They are amazing, so you can stop worrying.
there certainly pretty good for 'jr rowlings"
Nothing wrong wiyth the Harry Potter books hey are well written kids need to read more less playstation! The books they are about the etenal
fight between GOOD AND EVIL the movie do not follow books hardly at all
I did not view the video either but I do know that J.K. Rowling is, herself, a Christian and her books are not anti-religion. Some people make these kind of criticisms to draw attention to themselves. Why don't you go to the library and read one of them yourself and then make your own decision. The only concern I would have is how old your children are. Some of the later books are darker because they deal with the deaths of important characters in the story and this may prove to be a little traumatic for very young children. Also in the second book there are two creatures which might scare little kids who are prone to nightmares. There are also many good lessons taught in these books about friendship, bravery, fighting against bigotry, making the right choices in life, etc. plus the characters are often quite funny. As I said, read them yourself first and then decide. Don't let anyone else do that for you.
i don't think they are. i read the books and they are good books.
