God loves the tree you want to murder.  Ha!Ha!Ha!

Why would you want rid of a TREE what has it done to you! I cnt answer this because you must have a very good reason to kill this tree its mother nature you are killing. you also need more trees they absorb carbon dioxiced which we need more little helpers like that to help our earth so please leave the TREE alone

I shot one with a German Luger, copper clad bullet, it was dead in two years.. Seriously! :) I heard that if you drive a copper spike into the heart it will eventually kill it.   

Chain saw and  if you live out in the country use a stick of dynamite to Blow the stump out of the ground live in the city rent a small caterpillar front loader to dig it up. 

A chain saw will do the job.

Do you really have to kill it ?Can't you at least trim it back.

You can drill a series of holes in the trunk and pour in weedkiller such as glyphosate. The holes should be about 1/2 inch wide and pointing downwards so the liquid does not run out.

If you can get it, sodium chlorate packed in the holes will also work but last time I tried to get some it had been taken off the market.

To kill a tree ,you will need one dirty big AXE..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
